We may process the following categories of data:

• Registration data: name, email, password (encrypted), account type (influencer/business).
• Profile data: photo, bio, city, niche, social networks, portfolio, business name, logo, industry, website.
• Services: title, description, price, delivery time, and status (active/inactive) of services published by influencers on their profile; also personal deals sent in chat.
• Communication: chat messages, attachments, conversation metadata.
• Deals and payments: deal descriptions, amounts, statuses; payment identifiers and data from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, logs, cookies, and similar identifiers.

We process data to:

• create and manage accounts;
• display influencers' public profiles and services;
• let influencers create, edit, and publish services;
• process orders started from a service on a profile or from a personal deal in chat;
• enable communication, deals, and notifications;
• process escrow payments and payouts via Stripe Connect;
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with the law;
• improve the Platform and produce aggregate statistics.

The legal basis includes performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent where required (e.g. cookies beyond the strictly necessary ones), and legal obligations.

We may share data with:

• Stripe: for payments, Connect accounts, and payouts;
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, email, file storage;
• Other users: profile data visible in the directory or during communication/deals;
• Government authorities: where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. Processors work under contract and only on our instructions, to the extent applicable.

Some providers (e.g. Stripe or cloud hosting) may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, we use appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, where available.

We keep data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Messages and deals may be kept for as long as needed to evidence the relationship between the parties. Logs and technical data are kept for a shorter period, unless the law requires otherwise.

Applicable law (including the GDPR) gives you the right to:

• access your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• erase data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive data in a structured, portable format;
• withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD).

We apply technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and secure password storage. No method is 100% secure; please keep your password safe and notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email.
