Made my 60m hurdles debut yesterday and it was not what I hoped for. Did some stupid mistakes that made me run a not so fast time (9.34), but at least now I am sure I can run a lot faster. On the great side: ✅️I know what to change for next week ✅️I got to race head to head with a really fast hurdler ✅️I am injury free And most importantly, I am gonna continue to praise God no matter what the outcome is, it's all in His hands and it's all for His glory✝️

Don't be scared and just trust Him✝️ All glory to God✝️

Not your typical short hurdler. @teodor_arsenov_sprint sorry for the end😅 All glory to God✝️
